We are already more than 140 volunteers, present in four Brazilian regions: São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Distrito Federal, and Campina Grande. United by a shared purpose—to democratize access to light—every new person who joins strengthens this network and expands the reach of our actions, bringing more dignity, safety, and opportunities to those who need it most.
You can be part of this in your own way. We offer opportunities for on-site, field-based work—bringing our technologies directly to communities—as well as ways to contribute remotely, supporting mobilization, communication, and the organization of our initiatives.

Oversees the entire operational chain of Litro de Luz—from production to logistics—while supporting field follow-ups in communities and standardizing processes.
Projects
Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering the assembly and installation of lighting solutions in communities, as well as corporate workshops and alternative projects such as Installer Training Programs.
Community Search and Selection
Ongoing efforts to update the National Community Database with pre-defined data.
People & Management
Oversees all teams, engaging volunteers and managing the recruitment and selection of candidates.
Technology
Responsible for developing and advancing the organization’s energy solutions, with a focus on serving communities without access to electricity.
Marketing
Showcases the impact of what we do to the world, managing social media, event planning, and the website.
Legal
Responsible for managing contracts with partners and ensuring that all our operations comply with legal requirements.
Strategic Projects
Responsible for leading the organization’s annual planning process, as well as supporting key initiatives led by other Litro de Luz teams.
